- DK Diagnostics provides diagnostic testing services through our website, mobile app, and collection center.
- By booking a test, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or customer support.
- Payments can be made online or at the time of sample collection (where applicable).
- Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to our cancellation policy.
3. Home Sample Collection
- Our trained staff will collect samples at the address provided during booking.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring availability at the scheduled time.
- If the collection fails due to unavailability, a re-collection charge may apply.
4. Reports & Turnaround Time
- We strive to deliver reports within the committed timelines (usually 24–48 hours).
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to technical or medical reasons.
- Reports are accessible through our website/app and may also be emailed.
5. Accuracy & Liability
- Tests are performed using certified equipment and professional staff.
- While we ensure accuracy, diagnostic results must be interpreted by a registered medical practitioner.
- DK Diagnostics is not responsible for self-interpretation or misuse of reports.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds will be issued only for cancellations made before sample collection.
- Once the sample is collected, no refunds will be provided.
- In case of duplicate payments, the excess amount will be refunded.
7. Privacy & Data Security
- Patient information and medical records are kept confidential.
- We comply with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal data will not be shared without consent, except as required by law.
8. Responsibilities of Customers
- Provide accurate personal and medical information.
- Cooperate with staff during sample collection.
- Use reports only for personal healthcare purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
- DK Diagnostics shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific test/service.
10. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
