Return & Refund Policy
At DK Diagnostics, we value your trust and aim to provide reliable diagnostic services. This policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are applicable.
1. Service-Based Nature
- Our services involve diagnostic tests and sample collection.
- Since these are healthcare services, once a sample has been collected, no refund will be processed.
- Refunds are only possible before sample collection takes place.
2. Cancellations
- Customers may cancel a booking by contacting us through phone or email.
- Cancellation requests made before the scheduled sample collection are eligible for a full refund.
- If the collection team has already reached the location but the sample could not be collected due to patient unavailability or refusal, a visit fee may be deducted.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed only for:
- Cancellations before sample collection.
- Duplicate payments made by mistake.
- Services not delivered due to technical or operational issues from our end.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- After successful sample collection.
- If incorrect details (name, contact, address) are provided by the customer leading to failed service.
- For dissatisfaction with turnaround time (unless delay exceeds 72 hours without prior notice).
- Misinterpretation or self-use of reports without consulting a doctor.
5. Rescheduling
- Customers may request to reschedule their appointment at no extra cost if informed at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled time.
- Rescheduling requests after that time may incur an additional visit charge.
