At DK Diagnostics, we focus on providing reliable diagnostic services with timely delivery of reports. Since we do not ship physical products, this policy applies to home sample collection and report delivery.

1. Home Sample Collection

  • Customers can book diagnostic tests through our website, mobile app, or office.
  • Once booked, our collection team will visit the provided address at the scheduled date and time.
  • Customers must ensure availability at the time of collection.
  • If the collection team cannot reach the customer due to incorrect address or unavailability, rescheduling charges may apply.

2. Report Delivery

  • Reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours of sample collection (depending on the test).
  • Customers can access reports through:
    • Our website/app login
    • Registered email ID
    • Printed copy (on request at our office)

3. Delivery Areas

  • Currently, home sample collection is available in Vanasthilapuram and select areas of Hyderabad.
  • Service expansion to other areas will be updated on our website/app.

4. Charges

  • Home sample collection may be free for certain packages or may include a small collection fee, displayed at the time of booking.
  • No hidden charges apply.

5. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver reports within committed timelines, delays may occur due to:
    • Technical issues
    • Medical complexity of certain tests
    • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
  • Customers will be informed promptly in case of delays.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate details (address, phone, email) at the time of booking.
  • Be available during the scheduled sample collection time.
  • Provide correct medical history if required for testing.
